• Enquiries: the details you enter in our contact and wholesale forms, or send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Accounts: if you create an account, your login details and order history.
• Technical information: basic data your browser sends (such as IP address and device type) and cookies needed for the cart and checkout to work.

We do not store your card details. Payments are processed by our payment provider on their secure systems.

How we use your information

• To process, deliver and support your orders, including sharing your delivery details with our courier.
• To reply to your enquiries and wholesale requests.
• To send order and delivery updates by email or SMS.
• To send marketing only if you have agreed to it. You can opt out at any time.
• To keep the website secure and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Sharing your information

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store (payment provider, courier, website hosting and email), and only as much as they need to do that work, or where the law requires it.

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Accounts stay active until you ask us to close them.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections on this website.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to it being used for marketing.
